About Marcy
Founder of OntoSync
Lead Neuroscience Designer and Researcher
MSc, CHyp, PhD (in progress)
I work at the intersection of neuroscience, identity, and coherence.
My focus is not motivation, performance, or surface-level change, but understanding what allows human systems to stabilise under load - and why so many contemporary models quietly fail at that task.
OntoSync grew from one question:
What does a sound mind look like?
Not optimised. Sound.
That question became the impetus for everything: revealing what operational self syncing with true Self looks like.
Not because it's trendy. Because it's necessary.
A Curated Path to Coherence
My work began with direct clinical and personal exposure to how profoundly language, sound, and expectation shape nervous system behaviour.
What started as hypnotherapy and music-based interventions evolved into something more precise:
An investigation into the mechanism rather than the method.
Over time, a consistent pattern emerged.
The most reliable and lasting shifts did not come from effort, insight, or optimisation - but from the removal of threat and the restoration of identity stability.
That observation now anchors all OntoSync work.
From Observation to Framework
As these patterns converged across clinical practice, neuroscience literature, and applied design, they demanded clearer articulation. This inquiry ultimately led to the founding of Neuro-Christology and Covenant Psychology.
My interest is not religion ‘on the mind’ - the broad phenomena mapped by neurotheology - but ‘Mind on Christ’: the specific, measurable cognitive pattern that emerges when identity aligns with covenant reality. It is this pattern that gives rise to what volume 1A of The Great Recall book names, for the first time, as Neuro-Christology: the science of Christ-specific neurological mechanisms - an inquiry into how Christ (as Logos and organising principle) relates to, informs, or is expressed through neural organisation and human cognition.
Neuro-Christology is a coherence-based field examining how identity anchored in Christ (understood as Logos) corresponds with measurable patterns of neural stability, reduced metabolic strain, and sustained psychological coherence.
Covenant Psychology is a relational and jurisdictional model of identity that explains why certain language, agreements, and frameworks stabilise the Self, while others reliably fragment it.
These frameworks did not emerge as theological proposals, but as necessary terms once the data repeatedly pointed in the same direction.
I am currently completing my PhD research part-time and devote the remainder of my time to developing OntoSync’s research and design studio, publishing, architecting, and translating this work for wider use.
I no longer offer general hypnotherapy or private clinical sessions.
